• Value of living in expensive hotels, are located the very center of Odessa:
  In one person room – more then 180 $
  In two person room – 95-100 $ (for one person);
• Value of living in most inexpensive hotels:
  In one person room – 30 $
  In two person room – 20 $ (for one person);

2. You know that we propose our Apartments which are equipped with European electric boilers (heaters).

It means that:
• You can use hot water during all year;
• Owners of Apartments cover of additional expenses for electric energy.

3. Here we give you supplementary information about cold and hot water supply in Odessa-city

If we will take into account, that public water supply systems were not be renewed during plenty of time, therefore :
• In Odessa, at night, the pressure of cold water (in central city water system) falls down almost at zero. Therefore: practically in 95% of buildings cold water is not available at night (from 23 till 06 at morning)
• Besides this, in summer season, cold water (with probability of 70%) is not available in the middle of the day – from 12 to 17 o’clock.
• Insufficient central water supply is explanted by city authorities very simple: consumption of water by townspeople is much more then it’s possible to do them. Odessa takes less water from Dniester-river that it is necessary for townspeople.
• There are some peculiarities in municipal hot water supply which contradicts the requirements of townspeople. For instance: hot water for all people is available from middle October till middle of April.
